Every project starts with a kickoff call within 5 working days of signing. In the call we agree the goals, the timeline and who is involved on both sides.
After the kickoff you get access to the project in the customer portal, where you can follow tasks, milestones and files, and add comments. Your project manager sends a short status update every week.
Changes to the scope are always agreed in writing before any extra work starts.
